This modern home in Marsden Park has a lovely gray and white backdrop, which we enhanced with neutral decor.

In the dining room, we used the natural tones of wood grain, a studded mirror and the metallic angle of a display console to create an effortless yet interesting arrangement.

We continued the natural wood frames to the outside patio too, creating a flow from the indoor dining room to the outdoor space.

In the living room, a geometric textured patterned rug and greenery were meticulously placed to add spice to the monochromatic items in the room. We also brought in hints of luxurious gold to accentuate the room.

To liven each bedroom with neutral accents, we:

A) used a gentle shade of mint as a statement feature in the girl’s room;

B) continued the minimalistic black and white shades in the boy’s room;

C) brightened the double room with pink hues and velvet; and

D) added a touch of sophistication to the master bedroom by using subdued pastels.
